PROJECT OVERVIEW
Vision Creation Services was selected as the key audiovisual partner for the Google Cloud Event for Accelerating Qatar’s Digital Vision at the Fairmont Hotel, Doha. The primary objective was to establish an immersive presentation space with state-of-the-art stage integration. Our scope included engineering a custom high-brightness LED screen setup paired with concert-grade spatial sound, delivering a flawless event ecosystem from setup to live execution.
UNDERSTANDING THE CHALLENGE
The challenging hall layout at the Fairmont Doha demanded a wide, visually dominant screen setup alongside highly directional, crisp audio arrays that remained unobtrusive to sight lines while reaching every attendee. We deployed advanced IP-rated visual screens with redundant 4K processing, supported by intelligent stage lighting rigs and custom-tailored sound distributions to ensure crystal-clear communication and a polished event aesthetic.
